HowTo - Resolve enrollment errors

Symptom:
Enrollments on device are not reflected on server and device reports 'Enrollment error occurred' (error 702) on info page.

Solution
Enrollment errors on device happen if data consistency got violated with new enrollment, e.g. because of UserID duplicate or similar. If server detects known UserID arriving as new enrollment it rejects data to keep the main database in consistent state.

To address the issue please follow these steps:

(1) Open Database view
Enter ADMIN mode and navigate to Database view.
Errors are indicated by active 'Errors' button in bottom right corner.

(2) Delete pending errors
Select 'Errors' button to reach page with all errors listed. The detailed error is displayed, hit 'Delete All' to remove pending invalid enrollments.

The enrollment error should disappear then from info page. Please redo enrollment and check carefully user data to avoid subsequent errors.
